Corporate Rule
This is truly one of the most alarming
things I've heard recently. As the line between government and
corporations continues to blur (eg. the White House), the highest court
in the land has given...they have actually...just read for yourself:

WASHINGTON
(AP) -- The Supreme Court on Thursday ruled that local governments may
seize people's homes and businesses -- even against their will -- for
private economic development. (more here)
And the strange thing: the dissent, written by O'Connor, was joined by Rehnquist, Scalia and Thomas.
